Join Belle at Soul Barn in the historic mining town of Clunes for day of discovery,
connection and inspiration as we delve into the delights of being a Womxn.
This is a gathering for girls aged 10-14 years with their mothers (aunts,
grandmothers and close mother figures) to demystify the menstrual cycle and learn
through information sharing about the physical and spiritual opportunities
inherent in the female cycles.
We will sit in circle and explore:
Celebration stories of Menarche from all around the World
The basics of the cycle, linking it to the cycles of the moon and earth seasons.
Relaxation techniques
Shamanic Drum Journey to connect to your Inner Goddess
Rituals for Menstruation
Eco-friendly products and resources
Ways to Honour & Celebrate this Rite of Passage
Each Maiden will receive:
A gift bag with items to inspire conversations long after the workshop has ended
Delicious snacks that support the different phases of our cycles
An opportunity to hear from our Mothers and how they experienced the
transition from Maiden to Womxnhood
Menstrual education that is truly relevant to Maidens today
After booking your space each Mother will receive a questionnaire, this will provide me with information on
where you and your daughter are at on your Journey. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and
for me to provide a more in depth look at how I hold my workshops.
This gathering serves to honour the feminine experience of the menstrual cycle, to celebrate
being a Womxn and to heal the “Wounded Feminine” of our times.
Should you have any queries prior to booking please reach out via email in the first instance hello@theyonitemple.com.au
Please note that only one booking is required for each Mother/ Daughter couple.
I am so looking forward to sitting in circle with you and your daughter.
